One of the easiest routes I have taken in a while. A simple 10-minute drive from the caravan to the village of Nebo. Parking is at the end of the track on Ffordd Y Llynn. Space for only 4-5 cars, so it would be either an early start or a visit during non-peak time. Parking was free when I visited the area.
Quickly pack up the cameras etc and away I went.

I woke up today and thought to myself, what I am going to do today?
As I leisurely strolled along the shoreline, the stillness of the night enveloped the scene in an almost surreal tranquility Point of Ayr Lighthouse Summer Sunset. Almost as if time itself had momentarily paused to appreciate the quiet beauty before me. The darkness of the sky was so deep and velvety that it contrasted sharply with the solitary silhouette of the lighthouse, which stood tall and unwavering, a silent guardian against the encroaching night.
An amazing little wander around the old quarry and lake at Dorothea Quarry in the welsh village of Talysarn in the Snowdonia National Park region. Within minutes of arriving, calmness and serene views were springing up everywhere.
After settling into the starting point near Pont-y-Pair, the trail gently dips into the lush greenery that lines the riverbank. The air is filled with the gentle murmur of flowing water and the distant calls of songbirds…
As the gentle sea breeze whispers through the rigging and the distant call of seagulls echoes across the bay, stepping aboard the Galeon Andalucia feels like embarking on a voyage back in time.
As always, watching the Dinas Dinlle Golden Hour Sunset from the caravan window and just knew had to get out there with the camera…
Their lively chirping of the young Eurasian Tree Sparrows fills the air, creating a cheerful and rhythmic symphony…
As the first light of dawn bathed the historic walls in a warm, amber glow, the scene transformed into a breathtaking tableau of Angelsey Barracks Sunrise. The golden hour sunrise accentuated the intricate details of the barracks’ architecture, casting long, dramatic shadows that brought the structure to life.

For the last few years, I have been looking out of the caravan door & wondering what mountains these were, near Llanyfni Quarries. So off I went…
